Once your email is received and the proof verified, we will temporarily remove the implicated infringed work from public access and contact the implicated contributor involved; this is the sole and exclusive remedy of the complainant author and it expressly excludes all other remedies a contributor may have in law against Kech’s Blog. If the implicated author believes the complainant author has been mistaken, they may also send Kech’s Blog a counter notice email with proof to support this assertion. If they do not provide this information, or our attempts to contact them fail, then the work will be permanently deleted from the blog without any liability to Kech’s Blog. A copy of the verified counter notice from an implicated author will be forwarded to the complainant author and Kech’s Blog reserves the right to return the disputed contribution to public access within fifteen days unless the complainant author commences legal action against the implicated author. Upon its receipt of the notice of commencement of legal action, the material will be removed pending the result of the lawsuit.
